Youth interested in attending the 2018 Bank of America Youth Excellence Seminar, scheduled for June 28-30 in College Station, Texas, can now download the registration form.

"I have attended the Bank of America Youth Excellence Seminar for many years as a youth adviser and parent,” said Kathleen Ralls, AQHYA mother and past Virginia Quarter Horse Youth Association Adviser. “YES has been the highlight of our children’s AQHYA careers.”

YES welcomes American Quarter Horse Youth Association members and non-members, ages 10 to 18, to experience a three-day, fun-packed event that offers valuable leadership skills, inspiring speakers and tons of fun.

“I really like that YES attendees learn so much about leadership,” said Ralls. “This seminar also gives the adults an opportunity to share ideas, plan events and gain knowledge about programs and scholarships. As a parent, I have watched my own children, as well as others, gain confidence and make lifelong friends.”

This year, YES will be held concurrent with the 2018 Youth World Cup held in College Station. The American Quarter Horse Youth World Cup is an educational, leadership and competition-based event for AQHA youth members from around the world. This international event held every two years is hosted by different countries. The 2016 Youth World Cup was held in Tamworth, New South Wales, and in 2018, it returns to the United States.
