Congratulations to our 2020 NOQHA Queen, Jessica Crozier. Jessica was the recipient of Miss Congeniality at the 2019 All American Quarter Horse Congress Queen Contest. We wish her the best of luck this year!
The NOQHA 2020 shows will be held at the Findlay Western Farm, Findlay, Ohio. The Spring Extravaganza Show is May 22-24, 2020, judges are Jeff Allen, Larry Hansch, Jan Hoskins, and Nancy Sue Ryan. The Level 1 show will follow on May 25 with Mark Watkins as judge. The Summer Six Pack is June 18 -21, 2020 with judges Christa Baldwin, Kelly Chapman, Tim Finkenbinder, Dean Bogart, Tanya Green, and Rhonda Replogle. The Fall Extravaganza show will not be held in 2020, look for it in 2021. More information, stall reservations, and rv reservations can be found at www.noqha.com.

A great show ended with kids winning MONEY! Total entries were up more than 130 PER judge over last year. Finishing with nearly 2600 AQHA entries and very strong NSBA. Your complete results along with the scribe sheets are posted to https://www.anequineproduction.com/soqha-challenge.

After 3 years of having Youth and Amateur classes only, OMIQHA was able to obtain a full complete showbill for our first show of the year. We had an awesome first show of the year despite lower that normal stall sales, but those that came really came to show with just about a thousand entries for the weekend.
Creek Side Horse Park is looking forward to the 2020 Mountain Trail Challenge Season. This is a great way to try something new this year and earn points with OQHA. Currently all the youth and adult classes (12 classes) are awarded some very nice awards from OQHA for year end high point. There are 25 classes to pick from, with year end high point awards from Creek Side for all classes.
Mountain Trail Challenge has classes for every level. This is a fun way to earn points with your horse, with all disciplines welcome. May 31 is our first Trail Challenge, with the OQHA Trail Ride and Trail Challenge on June 17-21. Other show dates are August 2, Sept 19 and the Championship show Sept 20. We have a bunch of new sponsors this season for some very nice custom awards! We want to thank Straight A’s Supply for being a show sponsor! Other sponsors include Horsemen’s Corral, Schneider’s Tack, Chuck the Post pounder and New Holland.
On Saturday, June 13, at 10 am, we are hosting a Select Horse Sale auction, a tack auction and tack swap. Friday night will be a competition for all horses in the sale.
