The 2012 Jim Wells Memorial Trail Challenge $1,000 Sweepstakes competiton will consist of a judged obstacle course, with three levels for youth and adults. There will be awards and cash prizes for top placings.

Recently, AQHA, working through a task force that was assembled to review the AQHA Incentive Fund, announced changes to the valuable fund that are aimed to keep it viable and stimulate participation.

Jeff and Heidi Palmer of Bowling Green, Ohio, along with Jestin and Tiffany Shank, purchased The Invitation, a 1997 Bay Stallion by Invitation Only and out of world champion producer, Ms Hot Medicine. The Invitation's accomplishments include an AQHA Superior in Western Pleasure, NSBA money-earner and 2010 Congress Champion Sire.
