Boarding, Training and Riding Lesson Directory

OQHA has compiled a list of horse boarding, horse training and horseback riding lesson facilities across Ohio. These facility listings are provided as a free service by the Ohio Quarter Horse Association. Information listed here was provided by the proprietors and was not checked for accuracy. A printed directory of the facilities is published each Spring by the Ohio Quarter Horse Association. Full board with daily group turn out.  Pasture board also available.  Facilities include 60’x160’ indoor arena, 60’x60’ and 100’x200’ outdoor arenas, plenty of safe fenced pastures and acres to trail ride also.  Boarders receive discount on riding instruction.

Debbie offers riding instruction in the western discipline on stable owned or rider owned horses for showmanship, horsemanship, pleasure, barrels, pole bending and other gymkhana classes.  Debbie is a C.H.A. (Certified Horsemanship Association) and E.A.G.A.L.A. (Equine Assisted Growth and Learning Association) certified instructor with over 25 years of experience working with youth and horses. 

Rardin Ranch also offers programs for at-risk and special needs youth.  Other horse programs are also offered for preschools, schools, churches, boy scouts, girl scouts, and more.  Programs are also available to boy scouts and girl scouts to earn their horse badges.  Summer day camp horse programs are offered from in June and August.
