The Ohio Quarter Horse Association is often asked to share its list of commercial exhibitors. A list of our exhibitors is published in our Souvenir Program, however, we do not release a complete list of exhibitors with addresses or telephone numbers due to its proprietary nature. If you need help locating a specific commercial exhibitor, please e-mail exvp@oqha.com. (Please note that our staff is unable to respond to these requests while Congress is underway.)

 

 

Getting On Our Waiting List
If you would like to be added to our waiting list for commercial booth space for the Congress, please sent a letter describing your products or services, along with a list of other trade shows at which you participate. If possible, include a photo of your booth as set up at one of the trade shows. Send your letter to:

(A snail mail letter is much preferred, as all waiting list applicants are reviewed by a committee, which is not condusive to e-mail communication.)

All current commercial exhibitors receive a new contract from OQHA in January of each year. Should a cancellation occur, OQHA's management looks first to replace it with a same or similar type of product or service, or second, with a type of product or service that is not currently offered at the show. Please note that our show already offers a wide selection of tack, western wear, jewelry and art, and exhibitors of these goods will have a much harder time being added to the show.

PLEASE NOTE: A new letter must be submitted to OQHA each January in order to remain on the Congress Commercial Exhibit Waiting List. Our management starts from scratch with the waiting list each year.
