CINCH OPEN & NON-PRO FREESTYLE REINING

Often compared to a figure skater's performance, the freestyle reining competition combines the athletics and finesse of reining moves with the sounds of music in one of the Congress' most popular events. Competitors (and their mounts) often wear costumes and may include props and actors in their performances.

2008 Congress Freestyle Reining set for Saturday, Oct. 11
This year's Congress Freestyle Reining event will be held on Saturday, October 11. The Freestyle Reining performance will again include both the Open and Non-Pro Freestyle Reining classes showing concurrently. The event will be held again in the Coliseum with assigned seating provided on a first-received, first-assigned basis. Tickets are nearly sold out, but the few remaining tickets will be sold beginning at 8:00 a.m. on October 11 at the Commercial Exhibitors window in Congress Hall.

Freestyle Reining Ticket presale
The pre-purchase mail order system for Congress Freestyle Reining tickets begins when the Congress entry brochure mails in late July and runs through September 15 of each year. At that time, any remaining tickets will be sold at the Congress on the day of the performance. Tickets are $25 per seat.
