Racing
In 20 seconds, the fastest quarter of a mile on four hooves can be determined at the 2012 Congress Racing Futurities. You’re invited to join the fun at Beulah Park, in Grove City, a short 12 miles from the Ohio Expo Center. The Congress Racing Trials for the Congress Futurity and Derby, as well as the finals of these races, will be conducted during Beulah Park’s fall Thoroughbred race meet. The Futurity will be a grade 3 AQHA race, and the Derby will be a stakes race. For the second year, the Congress Maturity will run as a John Deere Bonus Challenge Race and entries must be eligible for the Bank of America Racing Challenge.
Transportation
Transportation will be available to and from the Ohio Expo Center and Beulah Park on the trials and finals race days. Visit the OQHRA booth before 11:00 a.m. on race day to arrange transportation. Present your AQHA or state Quarter Horse membership card for free admission to the track, or stop by the Ohio Quarter Horse Racing Association booth in front of the Coliseum for free passes and the final race start positions.
