Quarter Horse Congress Racing
The All American Quarter Horse Congress has announced the suspension of the Congress Futurity, Derby and Challenge races for 2013. Unfortunate circumstances in acquiring an Ohio track has made it impossible to find a venue for the races. Beulah Park, where the races are generally held, will be closed for the month of October and River Downs Racetrack, in Cincinnati, will be under construction during the fall meet.
Quarter Horse Racing has been part of the All American Quarter Horse Congress' diverse schedule and disciplines since 1968 and has seen some of the great Quarter Horse Racing legends leave the gates, such as All American Futurity winner Easy Jet and his full brother Jet Smooth.
